Georgian Court University (GCU)

Georgian Court University (GCU) is a private Roman Catholic university located in Lakewood Township, New Jersey. The university commissioned Syncarpha Capital to develop, construct, and operate solar photovoltaic systems on their campus. The project includes a 198kW rooftop installation and an adjacent 196 kW ground mount installation. The system has been in operation since December 2010. Syncarpha continues to successfully own and operate the site.

The solar photovoltaic system installed by Syncarpha Capital helped GCU become recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency as the Top Green Power Purchaser in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference in 2010-2011.
