McClelland Hall

Nestled atop McClelland Hall at the University of Arizona, this solar installation features 316.48 kW DC of clean energy capacity, made possible through 1,472 high-efficiency Kyocera modules. The system feeds clean solar energy directly into the hall’s existing infrastructure. As part of a campus-wide initiative, this installation is a crucial step towards reducing the carbon footprint of the University of Arizona, showcasing the practical application of solar technology in reducing energy costs and supporting environmental goals. This installation is one component of Syncarpha’s 4-part renewable energy project at the university titled, “UofA”.
